"Hay muchas cosas que quiero decirle a Ud." Is 'decirle' correct? Before I just had decir and my profesor had a correction saying something must be added after decir.

Yeah, it could be just "decirle" or "decir a usted" but it's fine the way it is.

Actually if u say "a Usted" it is considered incorrect. There are certian verbs you use an indertect object prnoun (me/te/le/la/los/las/os) and Decir is one of them. 2 options to the sentence--- Le quiero decir a ud. BEFORE THE VERB (applies to ALL single verb sentences)or When there is two verbs you put it AFTER the last verb."yo quiero decirle a Ud." *important note u must always attatch the i.o.p to the verb, no spaces in between.

En realidad esta bien decir de las dos formas: yo quiero decirle a usted o yo le quiero decir a usted, al agregar "usted" pone mas énfasis en el trato con respeto sino seria un trato mas informal.
0
Si, entonces puede usar las dos formas como yo dije, pero sin El Pronombre de Objecto Indirecto el trato es incoreccto pero entendo.
